What this is
How the bot watches the chain
An EVM keeper that subscribes to lending protocols' position state, evaluates each borrower's health factor against live oracle prices, and computes the post-fees, post-gas profitability of liquidating each underwater position. Profitable opportunities are recorded; in live mode they'd be executed via Flashbots.
Why paper mode
Paper mode runs the full evaluation pipeline without execution. It's a transparent way to publish what a real keeper would have done — the same code that would liquidate, just with the broadcast step disabled. Live mode requires a funded operator wallet, Flashbots auth, and explicit owner authorization.
